Statistics according to the National Association of Realtors 2021 profile of staging
1.) How long does the staging remain in the home?
We stage each week on Wednesday’s. So, once you schedule your staging date, you will see the transformation the same day. We will pick up the staging one week later on Wednesday. Make sure you plan your photography and open house!
2.) What if I want to keep the home furnished longer during the sales process?
We offer added weeks at a cost. Call us to discuss your options.
3.) What condition does the home need to be in to maximize the sales value?
We expect you to have your home freshly painted, flooring should be excellent condition, and colors should be approved prior to staging scheduled. Lighter colors are always best and a professional job is expected.
4.) What if my home needs some repairs?
In this case, we recommend those repairs are done prior to staging or listing. In order to maximize the sales price, having unfinished repairs will only hurt the sales price. We do not recommend staging the home unless it’s in excellent condition.
5.) What if I can’t have the home ready for one of your available dates? Can you arrange another time or date for me?
We do our best to be available to as many customers as possible with a time that works for everyone. We also offer a very special service at a very reduced cost. In order to keep costs down, we are unable to arrange specific dates at this time. Check back with us in the future as we are working to open additional availability!
6.) What else do I need to do to have the home “stage ready”?
Ensure that the home has all of the utilities on and working. Also, make sure the home has been professionally cleaned and is ready to receive staging.
